Pci to pci bridge

here is what i get in device manager and the Arenat net technical support team told me to update them because i am having performance issue in massive event on guildwars2

bridge pci to pci standard 5 times and i cant update those things and they date from 2006. I've installed the chipset of the motherboard properly and also the audio drivers.
