Okay, I've come across a somewhat irritating problem that I am completely unable to resolve. For some reason the wireless internet connection on my main pc has gone to hell whilst my laptop which is connected to the same wireless connection, is utterly fine.

Furthermore, upon starting the pc in safe mode, the internet was fine. I scanned twice for viruses with Avira (full system scan and a scan for rootkits and active malware) and once with malwarebytes, and came up with nothing. I'm literally at an utter loss here, what could possibly be causing this problem?

Delete just my connection? Not the entire network? How would I do this?

Disable the adapter in Device Manager and restart the computer - you should find the connection needs to be reset after you re-enable the wireless adapter. It might also help to reset the router by removing the power cable and pressing the tiny reset button that should be on the case somewhere. Only do that if you inow your ISP login name and password, in case the settings all need to be reconstituted after the reset.

Thank you for the advice! I shall test this out shortly.
