6950 to 6970 Bios that works for Asus 6950 2GB Direct CU II

Does anyone have a custom bios that works for upgrading the Asus 6950 2GB Directcu II to a 6970?
I tried the first ASUS Bios from [url=http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/index.php?page=1&architecture=&manufacturer=&model=HD+6970&interface=&memSize=0][/url]

It flashed no problem but when I checked the shader count with GPUz it still says 1408.

Try this...
1. uninstall all ATI/AMD drivers
2. Reboot.
3. Mod your BIOS with RBE and save it.
4. Load the modded BIOS and flash your card with it.
5. Reboot.
6. Install fresh ATI/AMD drivers.
7. Reboot.
8. Run GPU-Z

I would suggest not - I have two of these cards and I tried flashing. One didn't work and it was hell to get back to normal, they have no bios switch.

Actually they do have a bios switch, its tiny and hidden between the massive cooler and the board but its there.
Maybe they have stopped producing them with the switch but mine could be an earlier model with the switch included.

There have been a lot of people on other forums confirming that the switch I am talking about is in fact the bios switch.
