No Plans to OC: H77 for 3570k okay?

Hello forum. I figured out I could get $50 off a motherboard with a Core i5 3570k at Micro Center. My budget is $230 for this upgrade (with my selected motherboard the total is: $223.63). I can't stretch my budget any further than that. My current choice is this right here: http://www.microcenter.com/product/401630/H77MU3_LGA_1155_mATX_Intel_Motherboard

My primary use is gaming but I am also thinking about building Android Open Source Porject. I'm coming from an AMD Athlon X3 455 and looking to improve performance in Planetside 2 as far as games go. I want to have a powerful but power efficient system. Currently have only a single Nvidia GPU. I have no plans to overclock as I can't justify voiding my warranty and power consumption would also go up. I can always get a Z77 board if I decide to OC, of course. So beyond no SLI and no overclocking, is this motherboard missing out on any "must have" features?

But then I don't get the deal on the motherboard and end up paying $10 more. And why not pick the 3570k anyway, since it has 200mhz over the 3470. I don't think that's very good advice.

The unlocked feature on the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K can only really be taken advantage of with the Z75 or Z77 chipset based boards. So while you may be able to run in and use the Intel Core i5-3570K just fine a with an H77 or even a H61 chipset based board in a year from now when you are thinking you might want a little more power it would be a shame to have to spend an extra $100+ in order to get the board replaced.

But how is H77+3570K wasting money if:
1. It is cheaper overall than H77+3470
2. It has a faster clockspeed than the 3470

The H77 won't make it slower but I can't use the full OC potential (that I don't even plan to use). So, at stock speeds, the 3570K ends up cheaper and better with the Micro Center deal. Unless I am missing something where H77 SLOWS unlocked K processors, I believe that H77 isn't a waste given the needs I have in the OP.

EDIT: @IntelEnthusiast given that I don't want to void my warranty and don't want to deal with higher power consumption I won't be OCing any time soon. I'm not an enthusiast and I never have been. Again, as I asked in the OP: beyond SLI and OC support does H77 miss any killer features? I'm already aware I can't take advantage of the K processor.

How about buy the B75MA-E33 LGA 1155 B75 for $5 with i5-3570K. http://www.microcenter.com/product/406650/B75MA-E33_LGA_1155_B75_mATX_Intel_Motherboard

Currently out of stock at the Micro Center I'll be buying at (Sharonville, OH) so that's a no go.

what we are trying to see of you want to take full advantage of the cpu you must go for the Z77 or a similar one!H77 is not made to support overcloking in a high scale!all the cpus with a (K) are unlocked so if you want to go for the H77 and you dont want to listen to us go for it and just forget what we said the right decision is 3570K with Z77 or otherwise dont use this cpu!

But I'm not asking about overclocking. I'm not overclocking, which I clearly wrote in the OP. I'm asking if H77 is missing features besides OC and SLI.

Can that question be answered? Telling me to spend more on a worse CPU just because I can't take advantage of the unlocked multiplier isn't helpful at all because I'm not asking that.
