Not sure how a radeon 5770 question is related to "Windows 7" > "Drivers"
However:
Loads on info on this matter on Google...
And from what I have seen from the 5770 it should run it smoothly, providing the rest of your rig is healthy

@OP, if you're not kidding. That Graphics cars is overkill for this game. It can run COD Black OPS maxed out @ 1080P.I'm sorry I'm not very computer smart but you honestly think this will run it amazingly with no lagging? Would it have amazing Graphics? Does it meet these system specifications?
9.6 GB if installing with The Sims 3

he said 5570 no 5750 ... anywho im using the 5670 and it maxes the game out easily with full AA, at 1080pl if you said the 5670 works and has 1080p then i'll get that one. I want one that is too expensive and maxes graphics. Is this the one you purchased? http://www.bestbuy.com/site/MSI+-+ATI+Radeon+HD+5670+1G...

@donald Gaming resolution is the monitor's native resolution you run it. For example 800 x 600, 1024 x 768, 1680 x 1050, 1920 x 1080, and so on.
To assist you with your purchase and a good GPU, please list all your system specs (CPU,RAM,Motherboard) with model numbers if available.
I wasn't sure what all of that was so i copied you half of my dxdiag. Tell me if you need the whole thing. I'm now thinking of getting the ATI Radion 5670. I found one with a good price on ebay let me know if it will work with my pc. The card comes with 1gb ram. Let me know if you need any more details. Please reply asap as I am trying to get a card asap i'm dying to play my game again.

I completely trust your opinion, but why do you recommend the 5750? Does it run better than the 5670? Are the graphics better or the same?

Is this the same one? I think it is its just cheaper
yeah thats the one, and yes it performs better then the 5670... but ... its used, there might not be anything wrong with it, however if there is and you do buy it from ebay, your pretty much up the creek without a paddle
i recommend buying from newegg, there customer support is outstandingly good

I'm soo sorry for all the questions. So what I guess what i'm asking is 512mb more than enouph to run my sims games? i have 6 games, and I plan to keep collecting. So in a year I won't run into memory problems? Will 512mb hold all my games, and they will run smooth with no lagging at all?
Best solution

And im not sure what the future holds nor do i know what games you want to play, but ive been using my 5670 for about a year and its held up quite nicely, i might have to tweak a few settings to medium but still, i feel ive gotten my moneys worth. Not bad for a 60 dollar card
