Beefy enough for DVD ripping + video editing?

Hello,

A friend of mine wanted to double-check that the following items will be enough to build a cheap PC just to browse the web, rip DVDs, and perform some light video editing (eg. VirtualDub):

- CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 (3,1GHz)
- Mobo: ASUS M5A78L-M LX
- RAM : Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3-1333 CL9 4Go (2x2GB)
- Video card: ASUS Radeon EAH5450 Silent DI 1GD3
- PSU: CORSAIR 430W CMPSU-430CXV2

It'll get the job done, but how fast is another question all together.

Or better probably performs better than the above with less power for less money, unless he already has parts/found a deal.

*would need a different motherboard too, FM1 socket
