PS/2 Keyboard not working, No access to BIOS

Hello,
I've found trouble with my PS/2 keyboard and looks like motherboard problem to me. Even without any bootable media connected (HDD detached) the keyboard doesn't work. The keyboard works after POST and I can access the BIOS but as soon as I am in BIOS the keyboard stops functioning.

have you tried clearing the cmos to rule out mb glitch??? tried another keyboard?? also make sure there nothing plugged in on the usb ports..if you pull to much power from them you can lock up a mb in the bios.
