what do mean with "If it's an upgrade you really need to replace the board and the CPU together for any effective results."are u talking about my curent mobo and cpu or the one which iam going to buy?

and man iam buying this mobo and amd athlon II x2 270 because currently iam having a pegatron IPM41-D3 mobo and an intel pdc E5800 @3.2Ghz. iknow that the cpu is good but the mobo is old and the company had stoppes support for
this mobo and is also not giving any updates including BIOS also it has a pci-e version 1.1 which will bottleneck my gpu(sapphire hd 6570 ddr3 igb gfx) whereas the mobo which iam going to buy has a pci-e version 2.0 on which my gpu will run smoothly.

pls reply soon and with a solid answer.

Thank you in advance.
