AMD athlon processor 2.30 is better than 2.8?

im going to play dead space 2,it requires 2.8 processor speed,can my AMD with 2.30 processor can do better than 2.8?

We are going to need some more info. Dead Space 2 recommends at a minimum a single core AMD processor runnign at 2.8GHz.

What is your processor exactly. Is it a dual core, 4 core, what is the true name? We can not give you a real answer without this.

Does your graphics cad meet the requirements as well. That is also important.
