Can my PSU handle my new parts?

Hello, i was wondering if my power supply can handle my new parts, ive had my power supply for a little over a year now

I have 2 HDDs hooked up, i don't know what their RPMs are. I have 4 case fans, 1x120mm, 2x92mm regular, and 1x92mm LED, i dont think which case i have really matters.

I would also appreciate input on how much power this needs if 450 watts is not enough

I thought BFG went out of business more than a year ago.
Not a good psu, but for a basic low power system like yours, 450 watts is more than enough.

i never really researched BFG tech, i bought the PSU off tigerdirect for christmas about a year back, and sorry about that i corrected the links

i just wanted to make sure, because i witnessed a FPS drop in a few games on their usual settings, which is kind of weird, my old setup was

processor was a intel core 2 duo i forgot the name of it
