Alright, this is a last-ditch effort as I am getting truly furious. I recently had a nasty hard disk crash, and used DBAN to wipe my disk to factory clean, then installed a brand new copy of Windows 7 Home Premium in the 64 bit flavor. Now, the issue is that my previous OS, Windows 7 Home Ultimate 64 bit, allowed me to access the correct widescreen aspect ratio for my AOC 19" Monitor, but since installing Premium, only the 4:3 ratios are available to choose from, leaving the image stretched. I have the VGA Standard Graphics Adapter, and have searched every corner of the internet for a working driver that allows my Intel GMA 900 to display widescreen ratios.

Maybe one of these links will help.
What was the reason you switched from Ultimate to Premium.
The driver issue should be something that you can get from either Intel's site or Microsoft's site.

The reason I switched was simply because the only boot disk I had on hand was for Premium, that and there is really no discernible difference between the two. I have tried Intel's site, yet could find nothing that didn't tell me I had the correct driver already installed, which I know is not true and my stretched screen says so.
