Is it better to plug fans into motherboard or psu?

I have a storm enforcer which has no fan control so i was wondering if its better to connect the 2 fans to the motherboard or the psu directly thanks for the help

Some mobo's have fan control software. All of the latest Asus boards that I have worked with do.
If you have a board that does, you will need to plug direct to board to take advantage of it. Other than that, it doesn't matter.

Doesn't matter, but if you don't have any inline voltage regulation your fans will run at top speed when plugged right into the PSU.

I suggest you plug into the motherboard and let the BIOS run in a dynamic mode.
