Didn't you get a disk with drivers when you bought the computer check the box and if not then try the download sections of the Toshiba website. It's hard to know what drivers you need, most windows drivers are sufficient (i.e. USB).

There should be built in drivers for:
-Sound
-USB/External plugs
-CD/DVD Drive
-Lan/Wi-Fi

I assume you need the graphics driver?

In field 1 select Notebook Drivers
In field 2 select Auto-Detect and Install "OR" select Radeon HD Series
In field 3 select Mobility Radeon 3100 Series if you followed part B of step 2 otherwise ignore
In field 4 select OS

Your Model Notebook should have a ATI Radeon 3100 series GPU

Windows drivers are better for the rest of your peripherals than the spyware crap that Toshiba would normally include in the machine...

Where is says, "Refine Search By:", select "Windows 7 64-Bit" from the first drop-down and "Driver" from the second drop-down.
