Crosshair V Formula Vs V Formula-Z

All right, so first of all I'm gonna tell you guys my config:
AMD FX-8350
Asus Crosshair V Formula
NZXT Crafted Series Guardian 921 RB
XFX Double Dissipation HD 7950
Corsair VS650 650 Watt
Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive
Logitech Gaming Combo G100
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Cooler Master Xtraflo x2

So I first thought of getting the Crosshair V Formula, but then I got to know that it was released for the Bulldozer CPU's by AMD and the Z version, for the Piledriver which is better. I really just want to know, if there is any performance difference between the two. Getting a Mobo that was designed for Bulldozer really creates second thoughts.

Also, is the config fair enough? I want a PC with very less bottleneck. Usually I do gaming but also rendering. Also, please dont go on saying that Intel is better, I know that! But I was getting an i7 as I need it for rendering as well, but I thought that I'd get the AMD and get myself a better graphics card, and a Motherboard. I'll also add an SSD later and more RAM, but that'll be handled later.

The Crosshair V Formula-Z is the best AMD motherboard out there, isnt it?

Yes I think it is,Just so you know I have a formula iv board with a fx8350 cpu installed and it works a treat after a bios update.
