i have a cooler master haf 912 case with 4 120mm coolmax blue led 80 cfm fans 2 in front 2 on top 2 more to come once i get filers for the side of the case

3x 2gb 1600 ddr3 dominater ram running triply channel
corsair tx750w psu
i7 920 bloomfield cpu 2.66ghz wanting to over clock to 4.0
galaxy gts 250 512 mb gpu "upgrading soon
ok i have over clocked it to 4.0 but i still have the stock cooler and im getting temps of about 75-80c way to high for me when the max says 67 on the intel site so i took the oc off till i get a cooler im still getting avg idle temps of 39-45 and that is still two high for me i wanna bring it around 30-35c idel and in game max 60c
what's the best cooler for around 50 bucks to my door i like blue so id would be nice if i could put a dif fan on it with better cfm that lights up blue or if the heatsink lights blue anyway
my brother has a collermaster hyper 212+ cooler its nice but temps for his are still kinda high
let me know any kind of info you need i can give it
