Will this psu be ok for my pc ??

Solution
No reason to apologize! Any good quality 400W PSU is sufficient for your build. If you want to build in GPU upgrade capacity, then I would recommend a good quality 500-550W PSU. Really good options around 400W are the Antec EA-430: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371034 or the EA-380D: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033
or the Corsair CX430: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026
A good 500W by Corsair: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
or I really love my Seasonic M12II-520W for a few dollars more: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093
