Is this a good build, and is it all combatible and would you replace anything for cheaper or better?
Im also overclocking to 4.0-4.2 ghz with a cooler master 212 evo.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish, but I would probably drop back to a 2500k and a slightly less expensive board and up the video card with the spare cash if it were me.

I put a priority on gaming, though, so YMMV.
