Dual Radeon HD5850 vs. HD 68XX

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card, currently I have a single HD5850. I can get a second 5850 for about NZ$200, or a 6870 for NZ$300-ish. How do they stack up and which would be a better choice? I'm not looking to overclock.

Also, if I were to buy a second 5850, does it have to be exactly the same brand/model as the first one (Sapphire something from memory)?

For most games the CF 5850 will be faster. Some games scale poorly (WOW) or not at all (GTA 4) They don't need to be identical no. Faster cards will down clock, though you should be able to OC both inside CCC.
