Tegra 3 Nettop with Blu-ray

Would a Net-top powered by a tegra 3 be powerful enough to play a blu-ray movie. Like if you connected an external blu-ray drive to it, and hypothetically the net-top had blu-ray software. Something like this "http://www.cybergooch.com/tutorials/pages/enclosure.htm" except with an ultra slim blu-ray, and the space saved with an ultra slim drive could be used for other stuff like a slim hard drive and the arm components.
