Config so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GBdh

I won't be overclocking and I might CrossFire later on. I won't be upgrading any time soon so unless I find a better CPU at that price, I am sticking to this.

My options are:

Also, do I need the cooler?

You don't need a cooler, the stock cooler is fine for such cpu.
I recommend the asrock h77 pro 4 mvp, since it has more features for the money, it has 4 Sata III ports, the realtek ALC892 audio onboard, overall a good motherboard.
Keep in mind all of those will allow you to crossfire, but at 16x/4x.

Decided to just look at the h77 chipsets,

That is,
ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
MSI ZH77A-G41
Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H

Alright, so the ASRock H77 is the best out of those 3, yeah? Thanks for your Answer, Django.
