Budget mobo for i5-3470 and HD 7850

I won't be overclocking and I might CrossFire later on. I won't be upgrading any time soon so unless I find a better CPU at that price, I am sticking to this.

You don't need a cooler, the stock cooler is fine for such cpu.
I recommend the asrock h77 pro 4 mvp, since it has more features for the money, it has 4 Sata III ports, the realtek ALC892 audio onboard, overall a good motherboard.
Keep in mind all of those will allow you to crossfire, but at 16x/4x.
