Looks fine to me. I don't see any good reason why those parts shouldn't work well together.

As I say on every thread with 16 GB of RAM in the build, downgrade to 8 GB if you're gonna be just gaming, but keep 16 GB if you're gonna do some heavy video editing or rendering.

i am going to do some heavy video editing so i need it also anyway to drop $240-300 on this build maybe good extreme mobo for cheaper

that mobo is awesome but expensive.i am using it with my 2600k and it's really good.your RAM is way too expensive.a good 8GB will do mre than 'fine'.
LCS are a waste IMO.a good air cooler is better.
good case.

looking at your your 'extreme' requirements,i think you need 2600k.i am busy i will be back soon with some advice.
