MSI R6770

I had 9600gt Green before and I bought R6770-MD1GD5 as an upgrade.how does this card fare to play games like COD MW3,Arkham City, Diablo 3, Max Payne 3, Skyrim, NFS Run, LA Noire etc. (On a medium/low combination). Also power consumption/heat matters etc. opinion. Also going to buy Seasonic 520w S12II, is this enough for the gfx?

yeah seasonic is one of the best (corsair is better) so it should be good
