Apps to play pc games without lags

Hello,
i have intel HD graphics drive,but i still get lags in games like far cry 2,assasin creed and other. i used game accelerator,game booster 2.41 premium version but also i get lil lag on far cry 2,in assassin creed a lot.how to fix it?

None of the softwares would work if you dont have adequate hardware to support it. Intel HD graphics is only good enough for Freecell, Mahjong and all.

Get a GPU.

No software can vastlly improve weak or inadequate hardware. The Intel HD 3000 graphics core is marginally faster than a desktop Radeon HD 5450. The Radeon HD 5450 is not considered a graphics card for games, but instead for multimedia.

The only way to improve performance with your current specs is to lower the graphic quality or lower the resolution.

If you have a desktop PC, the solution is rather easy; install a graphics card that is more powerful than the Radeon HD 5450. If you have a laptop, then there is nothing you can do other than to buy another laptop which a more powerful graphics core already installed.
