Setting RAM frequency on M5A78L-M LX PLUS

Does anyone have any experience with setting the RAM frequency on this MB? I found the DRAM timings, but the frequency options are only 400MHz, 533MHz, 667MHz, and 800MHz. The MB specs say 1066MHz, 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866MHz.

If I've got 1333MHz DDR3 memory, is 667MHz the setting that I want? What's the math here?

AND, if I've got 1866MHz DDR3 memory, how do I get to the 1866MHz frequency on the MB?

Becasue the MB supports dual channel, if your RAM is 1866MHz and the MB supports up to 1866(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz ECC, then you need to set 933MHz x2=1866MHz, but there is no 100% guaranteed you can get the 1866MHz. You need to tweak the timing or voltage.
