$1000-$1500 Production System

Approximate Purchase Date: This month (maybe even this week)

Budget Range: $1000-1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Digital Painting, Audio/Video processing, 3d Rendering, Audio Recording, Gaming

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: Intel i5/i7, nVidia Graphics Card, SoundFont capable Soundcard

Overclocking: No (unless part is already overclocked)

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: I'm trying to build a computer to handle my various hobbies. I want it to be reasonably powerful, but also really quiet. Because I want to do Audio work on this, I want this system to be reasonably quiet. I'd rather keep it within the 1000-1200 range, but I can stretch my budget pretty well.

Ill did a build with power supply what support future Sli, case with foam coated for silence, 128gb SSD for OS and aplications to run faster,1Tb hard to save your work, motherboard what allow you tu run SLI setup,16GB memory because in 3D and video editing you need a big quantity of memory.Have the posibility to upgrade to 32GB if you need.

For 3D and video editing i7 2600k is better than 2500k. It cost you 100$ more.

This looks pretty good. I might swap out the PSU with something quieter (do I really need 850w? I don't know of many computers that need anything higher than 600w), and maybe add in an aftermarket cooler. Thanks, this is great.
