I have Intel s5520sc workstation mobo, and in here:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/motherboards/server-motherboards/server-board-s5520sc.html (klick on "View More" on specs)

they say all PCIE are 2.x (x16, x8 and x4). Now in here:

http://ark.intel.com/products/36600/

they say that only x16 slots are 2.x, others are 1.x

How the hell I should understand what version they really are?

PLEASE, help me on this, maybe I do not understand something, this makes me crazy........ :)

Thank U for reply,

I know how x8 x4 x1 and x16 looks like, my question is are they v2? By reading your post I guess its v1, intel ses in one page that its v1, in other that its v2. Are you 100% shure its v1? If so, than I have crappy mobo :) P.S. I have read other PDF before, i manage find same: It's v1 and v2 capable, Im not so pro to understand this. But U find it wrong too: Two long is pcie2.0 x16 as u sed, then is x8 (not x4), then x4 (not x1), after that pci (white). Im wrong on this too? Dams, I spend a lot of money to find out that intel lied to me..... :ouch:

Edit:

In here:

http://ark.intel.com/products/36600/

they say its workstation MOBO, in your linked PDF its SERVER MOBO, another lies.............. I do not get Intel, can anyone give any Intel support email? I cant find any contacts......

Thanks Cin19 looking this up for 3dgeo

The Intel® S5520sc is an older board and due to limits on the number of PCI-e lanes with the processor/s. We limited the lower level slots to make sure that the graphic slots were locked in with the higher bandwidth.

Thank u both for reply,

After half a hight of searching I found it my self that it is v1, but still thank U. Why they write in one page that its v2?
Then I buyed that mobo I didn't thinked that I will need x1 and x4 v2, now i do.... Can I plug x4 into x16 slot? It will work properly?
