Hi,

Does anyone know of a switch that has 1 DVI input, and two DVI outputs?

I can only find ones that are the other way around. I am wanting to watch movies that are on my computer blue ray player on my 42" Plasma without having to go round the back & swap cables.

Regards
Bob...

Thats the wrong way around, I can find loads of those.

I need to plug one computer into TV for watching movies or Monitor.

On my desktop computer I have a 2xdvi and 1 HDMI. I use 1 DVI for the computer monitor and the HDMI for the TV. That might be another idea.

This works well because in the nvidia driver i can span the screens into one giant desktop or i can clone the displays so they both do the same thing at the same time.

I already have a dual monitor setup. with a Nvidia 580 2 x DVI outputs on it.

I think the best way is to use a 2 to 1 switch, with just one input fitted from a splitter for the DVI. This way I can switch off the signal to the TV without messing with cables.
