Well the CPU is $600 alone. A 560ti will run you around $300 so thats $900 off the top just for the CPU and GFX.

$170 for your Corair case.

So, that leaves us with $500 for the rest of the build. Id suggest a SSD, I don't personally have one but if your building a PC in 2012 you def need to go with a SSD for at least the boot drive.

Your problem is the LGA 2011 Socket Motherboards are quite pricey..

$250-$400+

For a PSU I recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011

CPU cooler (you may want a better one for super overclocking):http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233082

The rest is up to you, this is a little over your budget though.

What applications will you be using? From what I have read, NVIDIA GPUs work much better in almost any Autodesk program. So if you do any work inside of Maya or 3DS Max, you are likely to see better viewport performance with an NVIDIA card.

Like someone already said, the problem is that LGA 2011 motherboard are quite pricey. I tried making a build for you using your case and the previously recommended PSU. Unfortunately, it is a little over budget.

Case $170

Total cost = $1591

That is also without an SSD. You may be able to get closer to your budget if you compromise on the case and maybe try and find a good 750 watt PSU.
