It might be a power supply issue. Can you borrow one and test?

I was wondering if it was the motherboard because i came back after it was on and there was a red line across the screen, and i can try

I would firstly test a different power supply. If there's a case speaker (beeper) connected, try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed. See if you get the error beeps signaling memory missing.

Yea i will try without memory because i can't test he power supply till monday i will post the results soon

I have tried without the memory it beeped so i don't think it is a motherboard problem i think it is a psu anyway how to test this

Now insert only one RAM stick and see if it does beep signaling no VGA.
I think it's either the power supply or the graphics card.
You can try testing the graphics card in a different PC, just to make sure it does work.
