seems fine, depends on what you want to use it for and what screen you got.
If you could get 2x2gb ram it would be better, if not it is not a big deal.
Also the 2320 and 2400 have the same price on newegg

but in my area 2320 is 10$ cheaper than 2400 but what about other components is psu fine..

are u sure the psu will be fine because it delivers only 336w or suggest an another psu at this budget
