Trying to upgrade system in order to play the new SimCity

These are the specs for running the new Sim City coming out in 3 days. I'm not computer savvy but I do have a few friends that are / have owned computer repair stores. I'm just trying to get as much information as possible before bringing it to them to do the actual install (as opposed to them having to tell me what i need and also do the install).

(*Minimum of 256MB of on-board RAM and Shader 3.0 or better support)

Recommended Specs PC
Intel Core i5 CPU
nVidia GTX 275 or better, or ATI 5850 or Better

Main board:

4096 kilobyte secondary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (4 total)

From research, I believe I will need to upgrade my processor and video card and then I should be able to run the new SimCity with no problems.

Below are what I'm wondering if I can upgrade to given the motherboard that I have in my computer?

Video Card: ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Intel Core i5 I5-650 3.2 GHz Dual-Core Processor - OEM/tray - LGA1156 Socket
