From research, I believe I will need to upgrade my processor and video card and then I should be able to run the new SimCity with no problems.

Below are what I'm wondering if I can upgrade to given the motherboard that I have in my computer?

Processor:

Intel Core i3-3225 Ivy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 55W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000

Or

Intel Core i5 I5-650 3.2 GHz Dual-Core Processor - OEM/tray - LGA1156 Socket
