No, heck even the i3-2100 won't bottleneck these cards! The 2500k can easily run those cards, even in crossfire

In fact, you need to wait another 10 - 15 years before a CPU will be fast enough for a mid range video card.

Do you think my Q9450 @ 3.0GHz and Radeon HD 5850 is powerful enough to play Zork I, II & III? I mean I really don't want play those games if it takes 10 - 20 seconds for each letter I type to appear on the screen.
