Replacement

Ok I am kind of a noob when it comes to hardware. I own a Gateway 6800 Gaming PC and one day (doomsday) It wouldn't turn on. I narrowed it down to the motherboard after some diagnostics. Right now it has a i7 920 which I believe is socket LGA 1366 but I could be wrong. I need a new motherboard, something that is not going to make my wallet cry, preferably under $100, can overclock like a boss, stay cool, and will last over 4 years.
