Ram upgrading for p8p67 Evo help!!

Hello everyone
please I need to upgrade my Ram from a corsair vengence 2x2gb 1600Mhz CL9-9-9-24 to
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz 2x4gb CL7-8-8-24
and I have no idea if it's compatible with my MOB : p8p67 Evo or not

if it's not I would like to upgrade to a 8 gb 1600Mhz Kit with a CL of 8-8-8-24

Yes its compatible. just about any DDR3 unbufferred you find on the market will work if not bad.
