So i will be upgrading my rig in the next few months. Basically I'm going to change the mobo and add an extra 560 Ti OC (already have one) from Gigabyte and probably get some good RAM. The finished specs should be:

EVGA Z68 SLI 30-SB-E685-KR
Intel Core i5 2500k (not overclocked, yet)
2x GIGABYTE OC 560 Ti in SLI
8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz(2x4gb)
7200rpm 500gb WD HDD
DVD-RW/DVD+RW Drive

Extra components:

8 Fans in a CM 690 II Advanced case (6x120mm, 1x80mm, 140mm)
Fan controller with LCD Display (NZXT Sentry 2)
Card Reader
USB Wi-fi adapter

My question is, should I get the Corsair GS800 watt Gaming Series or the 850 watt Cooler Master M 850W Silent pro?
Seeing the coolermaster is $40 and i would like to spend them on something else, which one would you recommend? Also eventually I would like to overclock my CPU, not by a huge amount of course.

Thanks :)  I wasn't sure since my knowledge of power supplies and their efficiencies doesn't go very far :(
