If you the XXXXX.scr file, then you can copy/paste the file to the following directory on the new PC.
C:\Windows\System32.
After you paste the file to that folder, Right-Click the file> Properties> Uncheck Read-Only attribute.
The file should be then listed on the Screensaver tab, in Desktop Properties..
