Hello everyone, I am in need of everyone's great wisdom. I recently upgraded my GPU from nothing to a GTX 660. About a week later, I upgraded my CPU to the Intel i7 2700k. (Reason for this was that I got it for about $60 cheaper than the i7 3770k and planned to OC anyway.)

Specs:
Intel i7 2700k (Cooler Master Hyper 212)
Asrock H61M U3S3 <---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS is the culprit
EVGA GTX 660 SC
8GB Corsair Vengeance
750W Corsair PSU
120GB Corsair Force GT: Boot + Games
500GB Hybrid Seagate HDD (Plan to add more later, old boot drive)
NZXT Source 210 (Possible upgrade to the new 900D because I think it's awesome)

So I'm upgrading my mobo now, as it's the only bottleneck I see now. (Besides GPU for gaming but EVGA has their Step-Up program) I am choosing between two motherboards, the Asrock Z77 Extreme4 and the MSI Z77 MPOWER. I want to be able to overclock my cpu as much as possible, and may consider getting a better CPU cooler. Is the Mpower worth the extra $60? Which one would you guys pick?
Also, a new case but that doesn't worry me too much ATM.

Or if you have any other board recommendations, I would gladly appreciate and consider those too!

Solution
I wouldn't generally consider the MSI MPower worth the extra money. But it does come with OC certification, so if you have money to burn you can get some extra peace of mind there.

Oh well there's another good feature I'd say. Thanks for the input.

I also forgot to mention that if I get the Mpower, my sound card (Asus Xonar DG like $30) would be incompatible.
