Hardware needed for internet storefront

Hello,
I need to know what type of hardware would be required to set up an internet storefront for a chain of restaurants. The site will function implement an online delivery service that customer can interact with, allow customer to create accounts and also allow for customer support through live chat and messaging with a customer service rep. The website will be hosted on in-house servers so I need a list and set up process of all the hardware needed such as web and database servers, hard drives, desktops, raid storage systems ect. Looking for the best set up cost wise and to fit these requirements

Contact the folks at http://hosting.com I am sure they can help. Look under services. They have numerous options involving their equipment or yours, and no I do not work there. I just know some folks that do. If nothing else, you could get some valuable free advice.
