Hello, I have an old PB5 Deluxe Mobo and wanted to know if a Gforce 560 would be compatible with this old work horse currently running a Q2D chip. Wanted to upgrade ram and Vidcard to run Skyrim on higher settings, right now I can only run Skyrim on MED settings with my 8800GT and 2GB of DDR2800 and only have about $200 for upgrade spending cash.

I would be curious to know what you found out as I have the exact same setup (only with 4 sticks of RAM)

Dnurk, seems the Geforce560 will fit into the P5B deluxe Mobo and work, but with the mobo not being able to use the full benefit of DDR3 memory and the duo processor bottlenecking the vidcard looks like i will just upgrade to a new rig , build it myself for about $500.

FYI: With some early Skyrim mods I have the game looking pretty damn good in medium high settings 1600X1200 with my current set-up:
C2D, 8800GT, 2MB DDR2(800).
