GTX 260 VS GTX 275

Theres a gtx 260 on craigslist for 60$ and I was thinking of buying it. Saw a gtx 275 for 90$. My psu is only 500w. 60$ is more in my price range, but is a gtx 275 for 90$ a steal ? Is it worth that extra 30$ , & is it that much better ? but its a little much for my psu , i only got 500w. & I wanted to buy a psu for like 50$, one thats very good and above 500W.

CPU - AMD Phenom II x6 1100t
MEMORY - Kingston (2x2gb)
MOBO - Asus M4A88T-M 880G
PSU - Raidmax 500W
HDD - Seagate 1TB

how old are the cards? for me personally, buying PC parts used is a bit sketchy, especially wearout parts like the GPU. Prices seem good though, the 275 is better than the 260 but certainly not by 50% compared to the 260s performance so the 260 is a much better deal. but depends on what state the cards are in, how much use they have seen.

500W is more than enough, even for better cards.

Both in very good condition ! I went on newegg psu calculator it said 550W recommended.
