No. a 560ti won't even run today's games at ultra let alone in 4yrs.

Your going to need a lot more than $955 for that.

Without knowing where your buying from and what the currency translation is, nobody can come up with a PC for you in Egypt at $955 US dollars.

Nobody has to help you.

The 560ti can run ultra but not very well.
Lower resolutions will run faster than higher ones.
The i5 shouldn't bottleneck for 2 years with the help of overclocking(correct me if wrong).

You'll need a Gtx570-580, 6950s or 560Tis in crossfire/SLI or 7970 to run BF3 at ultra. You're not going to be able to run ultra smoothly with a sub $1000 budget. Most games can max on a 560Ti but BF3 is very intensive.

What is your standard of maxing out? Do you want 30+fps? Then yes. Do you want 60+fps? Then no.

but i saw videos on utube
there are people who run bf3 with gtx 560(non ti) on ultra and get a 40*60 fps at 1600*900
just look quickly for them
(( i want a pc that run any game smoothly without any lag at $955 dollar at 1600*900))

Ok. Go for it than. As for the build we really can't do much. We have no way to check what parts are available and prices.

Generally
2500k
z68 motherboard
560 ti Graphics card
cooler
650w Power supply
case
8gb(2x4gb) ram

Get the 560 Ti if you can. It's much better than 560. Also make sure your PSU is at least 80+ bronze. If not, dont consider it. If you end up switching PSUs stick with corsair, antec, Seasonic and maybe xfx. Make sure RAM is 1.5V.
