Its time for a new Gamer

Its time to upgrade and build a new gamer.
I would like this computer to max out settings for D3.
I may be able to use some parts off my current system so here it is first.

Antec nine Hundred
Enermax Liberty 620W Modular
Geforce GTX 460
e8500 cpu
Asus p5q se mobo
4gig DDR2
Vista 64
250 gig 7400 rpm hd

Don't really have a budget set I am just looking to upgrade with maxing out D3 as a goal.
Here is what I was thinking:

Antec Nine Hundred
Dual Geforce GTX 460 in SLI
i7 2600k
Asus p8p67 deluxe
Mushkin RedLine cas7 memory
128 gb ssd
1tb sata 7200
Antec CP-850 850W psu - I am assuming my current one isn't going to be enough.
heatsink not real sure here. I definately want to overclock to around or just under 5ghz. I don't mind spending the money to get the very best cooler.

I almost forgot I will be running 1920x1080 as I am using a 40" samsung tv as primary monitor.

or go ahead with the purchase of an i7-2600k?
