Graphic Card Power Requirements

I am about to get the XFX HD 5570 1GB or the XFX HD6670 1GB DDR3 for my Dell Inspiron 530. The only problem is they both need 400 watts and i have 350. Will it still be ok if i install one of these cards? Are there any risks?

The 6670 would be the max your PSU can support but it should have no problem powering it.
