hello

I just installed my 970-g46 mobo outside of case and am getting no video at all. I have all 4 lights up on the board, the fans on video card and cpu running 1 stick of 6gb ram in first slot and my hdd hooked up.

the stuff im running with is '

board: 970-g46
CPU: phenom II x6 1100T
GPU: radeon 5770 hawk
RAM: 6gb corsair ddr3 (3x2gb) 600MHz 8-8-8-24
PSU: Xion 1000k gaming series

so far i tried resetting jumpers from 1-2 to 2-3 for 10 seconds
resetting CMOS taking out battery.
completely reinstalling from scratch.
trying PSU on different machine

after all this i still have no video to screen this is first time i encountered this and am just a bit baffled on how to fix any help is nice thanks

i did notice that I am missing 1 mounting pin on case but not sure if that would be a issue

yes the card is from my previous computer set up i was just changing out motherboards, am going to check monitor and cards on separate pc in bout 1 hr will check back to report findings.

I did try HDDs on separate machine and they all work fine cant test memory as i have mo other ddr3 boards to test on
