Do you even know what gpedit is? It is Group Policy Editor. If you would be using a tool like that, you would know a bit more about it - a component of Windows which is not possible to "email" to someone as you asked.

Though it says for Windows 7, but I have installed it on Windows 8 Single language edition and it works perfectly.
Please make sure that you read the complete procedure if you have a 64 bit system / OS
