Hello, whenever I turn on my computer, it goes to a screen that says launch startup repair (recommended) or start windows normally, whenever I start windows normally it begins to load and then it stops while it loads and restarts. When I hit repair it says it doesn't detect any problems, what do I do?

Step 1: Data backup. Find either an enclosure or a SATA to USB adapter to do so.

Step 2: Try safe mode. Smash f8 when you turn computer on till the menu pops up and find the safe mode option. If that works, you can just do a data transfer that way.

Step 3: Disable auto restart on system failure, also an option with safe mode. See if it blue screens. Report back to us the blue screen.

Step 4: ????

Step 5: Profit.
