Anyone know why I Fail POST?

So I have an Asus p9z68-v pro Motherboard with a 2600K.

I set my system up and installed windows, everything fine. Then, i decided to overclock to 4.5GHz.
Everything still, fine. Ran P95 for 6 Hrs, with temps never exceeding 65 degs.

However, sometimes (not all the time) when cold booting, my PC does not post. It then restarts, and always posts fine.

I thought my OC could be unstable, so reduced to stock speed again, but the problem still persists.
Friends have told me it is a voltage problem, with the CPU not having enough voltage to boot from cold, but is this correct and do you guys have any advice?

NB, my PSU is plentiful-850W (to be on the safe side.)

Many Thanks,

(me)!

Set the voltage to auto?

Hi spat,
Thanks for the quick reply.

It is was on auto initially, but the problem still happened. Even with voltage you would use for overclocking (1.3 +), same story.
