$3000-$3100 PC Build for Noob Builder

Hi guys, I am a noob at building PCs and I wanted to upgrade mine. I have saved for a long time and I need some advice before I decide to spend all that money. This will include two monitors.

Budget Range: $3,000-$3,100

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming ( I play Skyrim, FSX, WoW, BF3 and others)

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, 1x HDD ( I do want to get an SSD and another HDD though, and the current one is a WD Caviar Green 500GB)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: scan.co.uk , aria.co.uk , and ebuyer.com (UK Site) are all ok

Country: United K. (Britain)

  4. plenty of budget left that should be a good build
  5. Corsair memhas high failure rates tho. Also I want the 1000W for upgradeability
  6. Changed to a crucial m4 128 GB SSD.
    changed to 16GB Mushkin Blackline #993995 (4x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz 9-9-9-24

  10. :( I need advice
  11. Why do you need 16 GB of RAM? It is way overkill if you don't do intense video editing. With your budget, you could afford a much higher capacity SSD. :)
  12. I am currently over budget tho... also does anyone know if high-profile RAM wil fit under the Noctua CPU cooler?
  13. I have changed my SSD to a Crucial m4 128GB 2.5" SATA-III Solid State Hard Drive
and changed my disk drive because of an offer on aria
  14. Any advice on my build? Come on guys :(
  15. get rid of the 16gb we already gave you advice your build is ridicoulous unless your doing some serious graphic movie making etc work
  16. how the hell are you over budget with $3,100 i can build a 3960x pc 10 times better than that
  17. EXcuse me, no need to gloat. That is the price of the computer. I am not interested in LGA2011 and the RAM is my choice, I just need some advice before spending 3k.
  18. any advice for me?
  19. My current stats are
