ASRock 960GM vs ASRock 880GM-LE vs ASUS M5A78L-M

I'm Building a gaming PC with

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB

RAM: 8GB Samsung that I will be getting from my friend

Question: Which one? I want to be able to overclock my CPU to 4.5GHz or somewhere around there. I will be getting a Micro ATX case, and a case fan (3 pin)

In other words, I need something for gaming, is overclockable, and will be compatible with my GPU and case fan
