My question is with the configuration below does my PSU can handle it?

Asus 8600GT VGA

Sound Card PCI

I run the extreme psu calculator it sad 356W

So Do you guys think it should be ok to run with my current PSU?

It will be a bit close. How old is that PSU? They deteriate with age. That video card needs peak of 5A on the 12V rail, which is lower than many, but your new CPU is also powered from the 12V rail. Older PSUs gave more power on 5V and 3.3V rails. Try it and see, if problems, buy a modern 450W, fsp or other GOOD brand, not a $50 pile of cr@p.

Mike.

Or the new Corsair VX 450. Same great quality, enough power for him plus a little extra room and it's cheaper which everyone likes! :D Either way, I don't think I would risk it on that Truepower.

A 500 watt psu would be good and stable for the setup. Don't push the limit with the push as it can overload and could end up frying your whole system. Their are many high quality 500watts psu you can find for around $80.
